This performance will feature the women of the KVSO Chorus joining the KVSO for Claude DEBUSSY’s Nocturnes. Bookending the Debussy will be Camille SAINT-SAENS’s Bacchanale from Samson et Dalila and Ludwig van BEETHOVEN’s Symphony No. 3 in E-flat Major, opus 55 “Eroica” (Heroic).
Deviating slightly from our Music Speaks theme, we will be offering A Baroque Christmas. Our own flute section of Stephanie LUPO & Clara CAPRIOTTI and concertmistress Rebekah COPE-EVERS will be appearing as soloists in J.S. BACH’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 4 in G Major.
